Fellow District 52 Toastmasters. I believe that a critical element to creating a successful district is to provide effective training for club, division, and area leaders. When leaders are well trained to understand their roles and responsibilities our club members are better served.
Providing a positive learning experience leads to increased member engagement and retention. Providing quality training opportunities to district leaders at every level helps leaders to meet members’ needs and talk up the benefits of Toastmasters.

Monthly learning workshops will be offered beginning in August. Workshops focused on topics related to Club Growth, Club Quality, Education, and Leadership are offered to empower members and leaders to get the most out of the Toastmasters experience. Watch out for more details!
