Member Retention and Club Growth

As a Club Growth Director, I am looking forward to the coming months as we are focused exclusively now on member retention and club growth.

1. The Club Growth Director website will be up really soon, and it will feature tips, resources, workshops, and tools to help build and grow your club.

2. If your club is struggling and has less than 12 members, then please reach out, and we will assign you a Club Coach.

3. Try getting member testimonials, success stories, and MyWhy videos for your website.

4. Please start marketing your club on Social Media as they are the first places any guest will look. Create a Facebook/Instagram/Meetup page for your club.

5. Start planning for your Open Houses.

I know we all like the flexibility and ease that Zoom meetings provides but, in my opinion, if you want to attract more guests, retain existing members, and most importantly grow and help your club then it’s time to pivot back to in-person meetings and going Hybrid should be your first step in that direction.
For starters you will need the following to conduct a great hybrid meeting:

1. Great location (Churches, Hotels, Office Conference Rooms, Fire Stations, City Halls, etc.) with good ambient lighting
2. Internet Connectivity (preferably wired connection)
3. Essential Equipment(Laptops, Phones, hubs, Extension Cords etc.)
4. Video equipment (Webcams, Projectors, Screens, TVs, etc.). Mixers are optional and not required.
5. Audio equipment (Microphones, Bluetooth or regular Speakers, etc.)
6. Miscellaneous equipment (Network Cables, Charging Cables, Stands, etc.)

As a part of our “Move 2 Hybrid” campaign, you will be able to book 30 minutes with me and we can strategize on the best equipment to help you go hybrid. As always please reach out if you need anything.
