District 52 Council Business Meeting
If you’ve not already done so, register now for the District 52 Virtual District Council Business Meeting on Thursday, September 15 at 7:00-8:15 pm Pacific. All members are welcome to attend. Club President and Vice President of Education must register no later than Wednesday, September 14 by 11:59 PM Pacific in order to vote on district business. Late registrants will not be able to vote during the business meeting.
Each club in good standing is entitled to two votes. The Club President or Vice President of Education may carry both votes if one or the other is not able to attend. Only registered officers in attendance may vote, no proxies are allowed. See detailed voting instructions, FAQ’s and the business meeting packet by clicking the links found on the District52.org website. Any questions must be submitted to the administration manager via email adminmgr@district52.org in advance of the business meeting no later than Wednesday, September 14 by 11:59 PM Pacific.
