This engaging and practical learning experience will focus on strengthening our clubs and empowering officers to lead with confidence.
Highlights include:
- An inspiring keynote from Jesse Oakley III, DTM, Past District Director, Past International Director
- Practical strategies for club growth and membership building
- Insights on mentoring and quality leadership
- Interactive breakout sessions tailored to each officer role
This is more than training—it is a space to grow, share, and be encouraged as we step into a new Toastmasters year.

A Note for Club Success
Participating in this training is also a great step toward fulfilling Distinguished Club Program (DCP) requirements, as clubs are encouraged to have at least four (4) officers trained. We invite you to take advantage of this early opportunity to support your club’s success.
