Club Mentorship Resources

There is a Club Mentor or Club Coach requirement to achieve your DTM. Quite a few people asked, “How do I become a Club Mentor?” You cannot just say, “I am a Club Mentor,” and by some unknown grace expect it is true. To be a Club Mentor requires training, practice, asking questions, and having someone who can answer those questions.

You are in luck, however, because our club runs a Club Mentor Committee. This committee is dedicated to sharing information and training on Club Mentorship. They run a Mentorship training program once per quarter and provide resources here for Club Mentors. The committee also works with the Club Growth Director to ensure a pool of qualified Mentors are available when new clubs are developed.

As a member of this club, if you wish to become a Club Mentor, talk to your personal Mentor and the Club Mentor Committee. Together, they will work with you to ensure you have everything you need to succeed. They will guide you each step of the way, answer all of your questions, and empower you to successfully carry out your role as a Club Mentor.
