1. How does one join Toastmasters?

First, of course, you must find a club to join. If you have visited a club and found it to your liking, ask a member (preferably an officer, who is likely to help you) for an application form. According to the bylaws of all Toastmasters clubs, any new member of a club must be voted into membership by the club. New members whose applications receive the club's approval are welcomed enthusiastically into the club. The applicant must first complete the membership application (Form 400) and turn it in with a check for the appropriate dues.
