10. What happens after I earn my ATM-B?

When you have fulfilled the requirements, send a completed and signed ATM-B application form with the Project Completion records from both your Advanced Communication and Leadership Programs to Toastmasters International. You'll receive your ATM-B certificate and may opt to have a letter of commendation sent to your employer.

After earning your CTM, two courses of action are open to you. One is to give advanced manual speeches and work toward your ATM-B, ATM Silver, and ATM Gold awards. The other is to seek leadership opportunities and earn the Competent Leader, the Advanced Leader, and Distinguished Toastmaster. The communication track and leadership track are not mutually exclusive; members are encouraged to continue working on both as they continue their membership in Toastmasters.
