It's a little more difficult than the CTM.
You need to:
1. have received your CTM;
2. complete two Advanced Communication
and Leadership Programs, with five speech
projects each.
When you have fulfilled the requirements, send a completed and signed ATM-B application form with the Project Completion records from both your Advanced Communication and Leadership Programs to Toastmasters International. You'll receive your ATM-B certificate and may opt to have a letter of commendation sent to your employer.
